Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We currently do not offer local delivery or local pickup.
International packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and may take 7-21 days to receive.
Please note- We are not accepting returns at this moment due to COVID-19.

Damages and issues
In the event your item(s) is damaged or defected [sorry!] Please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process an exchange or store credit. Any international exchanges received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
